:- 3.0 out of 5 stars from Amazon Customer -- Some good some not. : It’s ok and has some good information but also some ridiculous ideas as in you don’t need to aim a shotgun. For a CIA trainer it’s also a little discouraging but not surprising that he has a problem with the second amendment as it reads and refers to sporting rifles as the lefts depiction as assault rifles Touts the NRA for their hunting safety and shooting sport, but that’s not what this is about or is the second amendment. The examples he gives in the text as attacks my question is were they assault hammers or assault knives? I don’t like having the lefts talking points brought into the discussion of self defense. They don’t want us to defend ourselves and would be happy to have us victims. Take the good out of this that you can find but there is much better out there without the left spin or opinionated ideas. ( Reviewed in the United States on December 3, 2020 )

He put his heart and soul into this book to help others become harder to kill. While no single book can prepare you to defend against every threat out there, "Seconds to Live or Die" comes closest to sensitizing readers to the real dangers and what techniques are needed to mitigate them.
